Vision : Molding Enlightened Citizens with Excel Skills.

Mission: Establishing Campion Excel Skills Centre, Bhopal (CESCB).

The Skills Centre will be one of the units of the Bhopal Campion School Society, later it may be scaled up to a Center for Higher Learning. Therefore, it should be Skill Institute of high reputation and credibility. The institute will invite the students of different strata from Bhopal City to give them opportunity to develop their Personality & Professional skills. To make them successful in their life it will create in them Curiosity to Learn, infuse in them Thinking Creativity and instill in them Resiliency. They have to connect the past and the future by recalling the positive memories of the past, crafting the present livelihood opportunities innovatively and paving a space of the hope-filled future for the new generation.

Organogram : The Unit, under the Bhopal Campion School Society, will be fully run & owned by the Jesuits of Madhya Pradesh Province. The organogram of the unit is, an independent Board of Directors who will make policies, the Management Committee to execute daily business and Annual General Body to approve policy actions and financial Budget. The Jesuit human resources will be appointed by the President of the Madhya Pradesh Jesuit Society.

Mission Approach: The strategic approach to mission will be, the formation of Skilled Personality. It is to make the candidates identify the dormant natural & acquired skills in them and give orientation to activate & set their goals. Give them tips for purpose driven life. How?

  • Scaling Motivation: The low motivation will be raised up to higher level through purpose driven Making them understand, Failure is an event not a person. It's a mind set and a lesson to be learned.
  • Stronger Will Power: It is the will power that gives energy to propel Activate your will power by feeding yourselves with past successful experiences. Do not cry but try always to fulfill life's dream.
